04 - 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar or erythritol

# How to Make It:

01 - Start by mixing butter or extra coconut butter with cream cheese or coconut butter in a bowl until it’s nice and smooth.
02 - Next, add powdered sugar or erythritol and the instant coffee. Mix everything well so it’s all combined.
03 - If you’re using chocolate, gently fold the chips or chopped pieces in so they spread throughout the mix.
04 - Put the bowl in the fridge for about 20 minutes to let it set a bit. Then use your hands or a scoop to form small truffles.
05 - Set the truffles on a tray lined with parchment and cool them down in the fridge for another 5 minutes before eating.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a firmer finish, keep the mix in the fridge longer before shaping it.
