Classic Deviled Eggs Flavor (Print-Friendly Version)

Perfect for spring gatherings, Easter, or summer picnics, these deviled eggs pair classic ingredients like Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar for a bright, savory bite. Simple prep makes this dish one to keep handy.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Egg Preparation

01 - 6 large eggs

→ Filling

02 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
04 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
05 - Kosher salt, to taste
06 - Ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Bring a pot of water to a boil. Lower the heat to eliminate any boiling bubbles. Carefully add the eggs with a skimmer. Increase the heat and simmer the eggs for 14 minutes.
02 - Prepare an ice water bath while the eggs cook. Once cooked, immediately transfer the eggs to the ice bath to halt further cooking.
03 - After the eggs are completely cooled, peel them and slice each in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Arrange the egg whites on a serving plate.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Using eggs at room temperature reduces cracking during boiling.
