Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
04 - 3 tablespoons lime juice
05 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper

→ Chicken

09 - 1-2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Topping

10 - 3 avocados, diced
11 - 1 tomato, diced
12 - 1/2 red onion, chopped
13 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
14 - 2 tablespoons lime juice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Place chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag or bowl with the marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
03 - Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chicken for approximately 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink.
04 - While chicken is grilling, combine diced avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
05 - Place grilled chicken breasts on plates and top with the prepared avocado mixture. Serve immediately.
