# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled down
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1 cup buttermilk
08 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

→ Topping

09 - 1 tablespoon coarse sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F. Coat or line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan so your bread won't stick.
02 - Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl with a whisk.
03 - In a bigger bowl, stir melted butter and sugar until smooth. Drop in eggs one by one, making sure they blend well. Add vanilla and buttermilk, stirring until everything's mixed.
04 - Slowly add the dry stuff to the wet stuff. Don't mix too much, just until they're combined. This keeps your bread soft.
05 - Dump the batter into your ready pan. Flatten the top a bit and sprinkle that coarse sugar all over.
06 - Stick it in your hot oven for 30 to 45 minutes. It's done when you poke it with a toothpick and nothing sticks. Let it cool before you cut it.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Don't stir the mix too much or your bread won't be as fluffy and moist.
