# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough Base

01 - 1 cup softened unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup brown sugar, packed down
03 - 1/2 cup white sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 2 3/4 cups flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-Ins

10 - 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips
11 - 1/2 cup broken pretzels
12 - 1/2 cup M&M's or festive sprinkles
13 - 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped up
14 - 1/2 cup white chocolate pieces or tiny marshmallows

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Put parchment paper on your baking sheets so cookies won't stick.
02 - Mix your soft butter with both sugars in a big bowl. Beat them together until you get a fluffy, light mixture.
03 - Drop in the eggs and vanilla. Stir everything until it's all blended together nicely.
04 - Mix in your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir just enough so you can't see any flour spots.
05 - Toss in chocolate chips, broken pretzels, M&M's or sprinkles, nuts, and white chocolate or marshmallows. Fold gently so they spread through the dough evenly.
06 - Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie. Place them on your lined baking sheets with room between each ball.
07 - Put in oven for 12-15 minutes until the sides look done but middles still look soft. Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move to a cooling rack until fully cooled.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Switch up your mix-ins for different flavor combos in every batch you make.
02 - Try adding smashed candy canes or drizzling melted white chocolate on top for special occasions.
