Line an 8 by 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.

Add vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until fully combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle festive Christmas sprinkles on top.
