# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Produce

01 - 4 juicy Roma tomatoes, chopped into small cubes
02 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
03 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

→ Bread and Cheese

04 - 1 baguette, cut into 1/2-inch thick rounds
05 - 1 garlic clove, for rubbing on bread
06 - 1/2 cup soft cheese like ricotta, cream cheese, or tiny mozzarella balls

→ Pantry

07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, add to your liking

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F. Put baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake them for 5 to 7 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.
02 - When bread is still hot, take a cut garlic clove and rub it over each slice to add that tasty garlic flavor.
03 - Mix together your diced tomatoes, basil, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes so all the flavors can blend together.
04 - Gently mix your soft cheese into the tomato blend until it's spread throughout the mixture.
05 - Put a big spoonful of your tomato and cheese mixture on top of each toasted bread slice.
06 - Add some fresh rosemary on top and maybe sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese if you want.
07 - Bring to the table right away while the bread is still crunchy and flavors are fresh.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Giving the tomato mix a little time to rest helps all the flavors come together and lets the basil release its smell. If you're having friends over, don't put the topping on until you're ready to serve so the bread stays crisp.
