Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Chicken Preparation

01 - 1 chicken breast
02 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
03 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil

→ Wrap Components

05 - 1 large tortilla
06 - 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
07 - 4 bacon strips
08 - 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing
09 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces. Set aside.
02 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, sear the chicken in the remaining olive oil until browned on both sides. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 9–12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
03 - In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, chopped bacon, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
04 - Lay the tortilla flat and fill with the salad mixture. Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a clean skillet. Toast over medium heat until the wrap is golden brown and crisp on both sides. Slice and serve warm.

01 - Use pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
02 - Wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
03 - Optional additions: avocado slices or chopped hard-boiled eggs add extra flavor and texture.
