# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough Base

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1 pinch salt

→ Creaming Mixture

04 - 5 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
05 - 75 cups brown sugar
06 - 5 cups granulated sugar
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Flavor and Mix-Ins

09 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips
10 - 5 cups mocha chips
11 - 75 cups dried cherries, cut into small pieces

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and put parchment paper on two cookie sheets.
02 - Put the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and stir them together with a whisk.
03 - Take a big mixing bowl and mix the room temperature butter with both brown and granulated sugar until you get a fluffy, light mixture.
04 - Drop in the egg and splash in the vanilla extract to your butter mix and beat everything until it's all blended together.
05 - Slowly add your flour mix to the wet stuff, stirring just enough so everything comes together into dough.
06 - Gently stir in the dark chocolate chips, mocha chips, and the chopped dried cherries so they spread out evenly in the dough.
07 - Use a spoon to drop big dollops of dough onto your prepared sheets, making sure they're about 2 inches apart from each other.
08 - Bake each batch for 22 to 25 minutes until you see the edges turning golden and the middles just getting firm.
09 - Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move them to a wire rack until they're totally cool.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Make sure your butter isn't too cold or too melty, and don't go crazy with the mixing after you add the flour or you'll get tough cookies.
02 - Throwing in some chunky salt bits really balances out the sweetness and makes everything taste more interesting.
03 - If you don't eat eggs, you can mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons of water as a swap.
