Cheesy Pockets Joy (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
05 - 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
06 - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
07 - 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
08 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat up your oven to 400°F. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet, or just grease it lightly.
02 - Spread the pizza dough out on a floured surface. Cut it up into 6 rectangles of the same size.
03 - Spread around 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on one side of each rectangle. Toss in some turkey pepperoni slices, then sprinkle on both mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
04 - Fold the dough over the filling to shut the pocket. Use a fork to press and pinch the edges together.
05 - Arrange the pockets on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil, then shake on some garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and optional Parmesan.
06 - Pop them in the oven and bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until they're crispy and golden on top.
07 - Let the pockets cool a bit, then dig in! Serve with extra pizza sauce if you like for dipping.
