Heat up your oven to 400°F. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet, or just grease it lightly.

Spread the pizza dough out on a floured surface. Cut it up into 6 rectangles of the same size.

Spread around 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on one side of each rectangle. Toss in some turkey pepperoni slices, then sprinkle on both mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Fold the dough over the filling to shut the pocket. Use a fork to press and pinch the edges together.

Arrange the pockets on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil, then shake on some garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and optional Parmesan.

Pop them in the oven and bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until they're crispy and golden on top.

Let the pockets cool a bit, then dig in! Serve with extra pizza sauce if you like for dipping.
