# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough & Base

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

→ Fillings

02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus additional for serving
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
05 - Optional: mushrooms, bell peppers, or sausage

→ Seasonings & Finish

06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
09 - Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy release and cleanup.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough. For crescent rolls, separate into triangles. For pizza dough, cut into 8 evenly sized rectangles.
03 - Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each dough piece. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Add optional fillings if using, taking care not to overfill.
04 - Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the fillings. Fold the dough over the fillings to form a sealed pocket. Use a fork to firmly press and seal the edges.
05 - Brush each pocket with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
06 - Allow pockets to cool briefly before serving. Accompany with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Customize filling by adding your preferred pizza toppings, such as mushrooms, bell peppers, or sausage.
02 - Ideal for packed lunches or snacks; ensure pockets are sealed tightly to prevent cheese leakage.
