Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with oil or cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the crumbled bacon.

Spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 0.5 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the top.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy and the casserole is bubbling.

Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the top with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot.
