Chicken Alfredo Rotini (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups rotini pasta, already cooked
02 - 1 cup Alfredo sauce, warmed
03 - 1/2 teaspoon powder made from onions
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
06 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
07 - 1/2 cup dressing with ranch flavor
08 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
09 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
10 - 2 cups diced chicken breast, cooked
11 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 375°F to preheat.
02 - Follow the directions on your rotini package to cook the pasta. Drain the water and let it sit.
03 - Use a big skillet, heat up olive oil over medium. Toss in the cooked chicken pieces and sauté for 2-3 minutes till warmed.
04 - Sprinkle the chicken with black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder for flavor.
05 - Turn the heat lower, then mix the Alfredo sauce with ranch dressing in the skillet. Stir thoroughly and heat for 3-4 minutes.
06 - Throw in the cooked rotini and stir until every piece is covered in the creamy sauce.
07 - Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish, 9x13 inch. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses all over the top.
08 - Place in the oven uncovered and bake for 15-20 minutes till the cheese is bubbly and gooey.
09 - Scatter some chopped parsley on top if you want. Serve while warm and dig in!
