Follow the directions on the pasta package to cook it. Drain the water and set it aside.

Warm some olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Toss in the ground beef and let it cook, breaking it apart as it browns.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Stir and cook until the onions look clear and soft, 3-4 minutes.

Mix in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let everything simmer gently for around 5 minutes.

Turn down the heat to low and slowly mix in the heavy cream until it's nice and smooth.

Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and stir until it’s covered in the creamy mixture.

Sprinkle in the mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir until everything melts and the sauce gets rich and creamy.

Sprinkle with parsley on top and enjoy while warm.
