Cheese Bowtie Dish (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
02 - 12 oz bowtie pasta
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Fresh parsley, chopped (to sprinkle)
05 - 1 small onion, diced
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1 lb ground beef
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
13 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Follow the directions on the pasta package to cook it. Drain the water and set it aside.
02 - Warm some olive oil in a big pan over medium heat. Toss in the ground beef and let it cook, breaking it apart as it browns.
03 - Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Stir and cook until the onions look clear and soft, 3-4 minutes.
04 - Mix in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let everything simmer gently for around 5 minutes.
05 - Turn down the heat to low and slowly mix in the heavy cream until it's nice and smooth.
06 - Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and stir until it’s covered in the creamy mixture.
07 - Sprinkle in the mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir until everything melts and the sauce gets rich and creamy.
08 - Sprinkle with parsley on top and enjoy while warm.
