10 - ½ cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

→ Assembly

13 - 6 large flour tortillas
14 - ½ cup sour cream
15 - ½ cup chopped lettuce
16 - ½ cup diced tomatoes
17 - ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)

→ Fries

18 - 4 medium russet potatoes
19 - 2 tbsp olive oil
20 - 1 tsp garlic powder
21 - 1 tsp paprika
22 - ½ tsp salt
23 - ½ tsp pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash and peel the potatoes (optional). Cut them into evenly sized fries and soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove starch.
02 - Preheat the oven to 220°C or heat oil in a deep fryer to 190°C. Pat the fries dry, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25–30 minutes or fry in batches until golden brown.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook diced onions until softened, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any grease, season with spices, and mix in salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
04 - Warm tortillas. Spread sour cream in the center, add beef mixture, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro. Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
05 - Plate the burritos with fries. Offer optional toppings like guacamole or jalapeños. Serve fries with ketchup or a preferred dipping sauce.

# Additional Notes:

01 - To make the fries extra crispy, soak in water longer and pat dry thoroughly before cooking.
