# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Burger Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
07 - 2 tablespoons grated onion
08 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
09 - 1 tablespoon pickle relish
10 - 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
11 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
12 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika

→ Quesadilla

13 - 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
14 - 16 thinly sliced cheddar cheese
15 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
16 - 1/2 cup pickles
17 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Whisk together mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and paprika until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess grease once cooked.
03 - Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Stir until combined and remove from heat.
04 - Lay tortillas flat. Top one half of each tortilla with 2 slices of cheddar cheese, spread the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, add chopped onions and pickles, and place 2 more slices of cheddar cheese on top. Fold to close.
05 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
06 - Cut each quesadilla into triangles and serve with the prepared burger sauce.
