09 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 1 lb ground beef
11 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

→ Coating

12 - Fresh parsley (if you'd like to add it)
13 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F. Prep a baking tray with a layer of foil or parchment, and lightly grease it.
02 - Throw the ground beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt into a big bowl. Stir together gently—don’t overmix!
03 - Shape the mixture into balls about 1 1/2 inches wide. Place them evenly on the greased tray.
04 - Pop the tray into the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
05 - Once out of the oven, coat the top of each meatball with BBQ sauce. Put them back in for 3-5 minutes to let the sauce caramelize and get a little sticky.
06 - Top with parsley if you want and serve warm. They're perfect as a small snack or paired with mashed potatoes as a meal.

# Additional Notes:

01 - To keep the meatballs soft, try not to handle the mix too much.
