07 - 1 cup diced tomatoes

→ For Grilling

08 - Cooking spray or butter

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, stirring often, until fully browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add taco seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water to the skillet. Stir to incorporate, then simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture thickens and flavors are fully blended.
03 - Warm nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan over low heat or microwave in a microwave-safe bowl until hot and smooth.
04 - Lay out flour tortillas on a work surface. Spread 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce along the center of each tortilla. Spoon seasoned beef evenly over the cheese. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
05 - Fold in the edges of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling securely.
06 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat the skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of butter. Place the wraps seam side down and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
07 - Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately. Accompany with extra nacho cheese or salsa as desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For added flavor and texture, try adding shredded cheddar cheese or a dollop of sour cream to the wraps before rolling.
