01 -
In a big pot, warm up 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium. Toss in your diced chicken and sausage slices. Cook for about 5–7 minutes and stir now and then, ensuring the chicken gets golden.
02 -
Add the minced garlic and diced onion into the pot. Let them cook for 2–3 minutes until they turn soft and bring out their smell.
03 -
Pour the chicken broth and heavy cream into the pot. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix and the uncooked pasta. Turn the heat up until it starts bubbling, then drop it to low.
04 -
Put a lid on the pot and let it cook gently for 10–12 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Wait until the pasta is tender and the sauce becomes thick.
05 -
Take the pot off the heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s smooth and melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
06 -
Add chopped parsley on top before serving if you'd like. Serve it up hot and dig into the creamy pasta loaded with tender chicken and smoky sausage.
