09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounces each)
11 - 1/2 cup sour cream

→ Finishing Touch

12 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
13 - Cheddar Bay Garlic Herb Blend

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large mixing bowl, blend the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix with water and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until a cohesive dough forms. Set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with diced yellow onion until the beef is thoroughly browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the beef mixture. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and spread evenly in the skillet.
04 - Portion the biscuit dough into 5–6 mounds and arrange evenly on top of the beef filling.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20–30 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked through and golden brown on top.
06 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Cheddar Bay Garlic Herb Blend. Brush the mixture over the freshly baked biscuits and serve hot.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best biscuit texture, avoid overmixing the dough. Allow the casserole to rest a few minutes before serving for easier portioning.
