01 - 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1 cup water
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

04 - 2 pounds ground beef
05 - 1/2 yellow onion, diced
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
09 - 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
10 - 1/2 cup sour cream
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
13 - Cheddar Bay Garlic Herb Blend, as needed

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, mix Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, water, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until fully combined. Set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned throughout and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly and spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish.
04 - Drop scoops of the prepared biscuit mixture over the meat layer, forming 5 to 6 evenly spaced biscuits.
05 - Transfer the casserole dish to the oven and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
