Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly and spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish.

Drop scoops of the prepared biscuit mixture over the meat layer, forming 5 to 6 evenly spaced biscuits.

Transfer the casserole dish to the oven and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

In a small bowl, blend melted butter with the Cheddar Bay Garlic Herb Blend. Brush the mixture over the hot biscuits. Serve immediately.
