Caramel Apple Pie Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

Warm apple pastry bites filled with caramel, baked golden, and dusted in cinnamon sugar.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Filling

02 - 1 cup apple pie filling, apples chopped finely
03 - 8 soft caramel candies, unwrapped

→ Topping

04 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
05 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with non-stick spray.
02 - Chop the apple pie filling into small, even pieces to ensure it fits inside the dough rounds.
03 - Separate biscuit dough rounds and flatten each into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
04 - Place approximately 1 tablespoon of chopped apple pie filling and 1 soft caramel candy in the center of each flattened biscuit.
05 - Fold the dough edges up and over the filling, pinching seams together to enclose completely. Place sealed side down on the baking sheet.
06 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Brush each pie bomb with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure dough seams are tightly sealed to prevent filling from leaking during baking.
