Combine paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Spread thinly sliced bell peppers on the bottom of a casserole dish. Place chicken breasts on top of the peppers.

Sprinkle the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning. Add minced garlic on top. Place 2 slices of cream cheese on each chicken breast, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake the chicken uncovered in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until fully cooked. Broil for 2 minutes if desired.

Scoop the bell peppers from underneath the chicken and arrange them evenly around and on top of the chicken before serving.
