In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses. Stir until the sauce is creamy and smooth.

Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.

Fold the seared beef into the pasta and sauce mixture. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
