# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 12 oz spaghetti
02 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Seasoning and Oil

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Sauce Ingredients

07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
09 - 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 - 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

→ Garnish

13 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
03 - Lower heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
04 - Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses. Stir until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
05 - Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.
06 - Fold the seared beef into the pasta and sauce mixture. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
07 - Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
