# What You’ll Need:

01 - 450 grams ground chicken
02 - 450 grams jumbo pasta shells
03 - 120 grams blue cheese crumbles
04 - 120 grams cream cheese
05 - 120 milliliters buffalo sauce
06 - 1 onion, diced
07 - 1 bell pepper, diced
08 - 240 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
10 - Pepper, as preferred
11 - Salt, as needed
12 - Olive oil, for cooking
13 - Green onions, chopped, for topping

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) to preheat. Cook the pasta shells as instructed on the package. Drain them and let them cool for a bit.
02 - Put some olive oil in a big pan on medium heat. Toss in the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until they’re soft. Add minced garlic and the ground chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks. Keep it going until the chicken is browned. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it.
03 - Add the cream cheese and buffalo sauce to the skillet and stir until it’s all blended. Let the mix cool for a bit. In a big bowl, combine this chicken mixture with half the shredded mozzarella cheese and the crumbled blue cheese.
04 - Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each cooked pasta shell. Arrange them in a baking dish, all lined up.
05 - Scatter the remaining mozzarella cheese over the shells. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Pull off the foil and bake for 10 more minutes, until the cheese on top is bubbly and golden.
06 - Before serving, sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for some fresh flavor.
