07 - 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
08 - 1 medium red onion, diced
09 - 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice (save 1 cup of the juice)

11 - 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - Rub the chicken breasts all over with a mix of red pepper flakes, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
02 - Warm up a large skillet on medium-high. Brown the chicken about 3 minutes on each side until they look golden.
03 - Put the browned chicken on the bottom of your slow cooker.
04 - Sprinkle the diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, and pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
05 - In a bowl, stir together 1 cup of the saved pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and cornstarch until everything's well mixed.
06 - Drizzle the sauce mix over the chicken and veggies in the pot.
07 - Put the lid on and cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high until the chicken's done and really tender.
