Rub the chicken breasts all over with a mix of red pepper flakes, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.

Warm up a large skillet on medium-high. Brown the chicken about 3 minutes on each side until they look golden.

Put the browned chicken on the bottom of your slow cooker.

Sprinkle the diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, and pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.

In a bowl, stir together 1 cup of the saved pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and cornstarch until everything's well mixed.

Drizzle the sauce mix over the chicken and veggies in the pot.

Put the lid on and cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high until the chicken's done and really tender.

Add some green onion slices on top if you want. Enjoy it hot.
