Rub the exterior of each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil. Season all sides with paprika, additional salt, and black pepper as desired.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer the seared chicken breasts to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 165°F.
