# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
02 - 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small wedges
03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries
04 - 1 large egg, whisked
05 - 1 tablespoon rosemary, freshly chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Warm up your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get a baking sheet ready by covering it with some parchment paper.
02 - Spread the defrosted puff pastry on a surface with a bit of flour. Cut it into 8 to 10 triangles of the same size. Place them in a circle on your lined baking sheet with the pointy ends sticking outward to create a wreath pattern.
03 - Place the brie wedges around the inner part of your pastry circle. Put spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top of the cheese pieces.
04 - Fold the pointy ends of each triangle over the filling toward the middle of the circle, letting each piece slightly overlap. Brush some whisked egg on top and scatter the chopped rosemary over everything.
05 - Cook for 20 to 25 minutes until your pastry turns a nice golden color and the cheese gets all melty. Take it out and let it sit for a few minutes before you serve it warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For the best results, keep your puff pastry cold and eat your wreath right after it comes out of the oven. If you can't find fresh rosemary, the dried kind will work too.
