10 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
11 - 1 cup beef broth
12 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
13 - 2 tablespoons half and half
14 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, blend together the ground beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and garlic until well combined. Shape into 4 oblong patties. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until medium rare. Remove from the pan and cover with foil to keep warm.
03 - Reduce the heat to medium and add the mushrooms and onions to the skillet. Cook for 7-8 minutes until the onions are soft and the mushrooms have cooked down.
04 - Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
05 - Pour in the half and half and return the patties to the pan. Cook for a few more minutes until the meat is cooked through.
06 - Serve the patties topped with mushroom gravy and garnish with fresh parsley.
