# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, honey, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth and homogenous.
02 - Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each tortilla.
03 - Sprinkle fresh blueberries and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over one prepared tortilla.
04 - Place the second tortilla on top, cream cheese side down, ensuring filling is enclosed.
05 - Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
06 - Transfer the assembled quesadilla to the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
07 - Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and allow to cool for 1 minute. Cut into wedges for serving.
08 - Transfer to plates and serve warm with extra honey or plain yogurt as desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a vegan adaptation, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative and replace honey with maple syrup or agave nectar. Any soft fruit can be used in place of blueberries for variation.
