10 - Finely chopped fresh cilantro

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a large baking sheet and pat the cod fillet dry with a paper towel to help it crisp up.
02 - Drizzle both sides of the fish with olive oil, then generously coat with blackened seasoning.
03 - Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish (approximately 10 minutes per inch).
04 - Remove the fish from the oven, squeeze fresh lime juice over the top, and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into portions.
05 - Start with a base of cilantro lime rice. Layer in slaw and chunks of the blackened fish. Top with pico de gallo, guacamole, a drizzle of cilantro lime sauce, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a spicier bowl, add more blackened seasoning to the fish or include spicy pico de gallo.
