In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into six thin patties (around 4 inches each).

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Briefly warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until they become flexible.

Lay a tortilla flat. Spread approximately 1½ tbsp of special sauce in the center. Add a cooked beef patty and top with 2 tbsp shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of diced onion, 3–4 pickle slices, and roughly 2 tbsp shredded cheese. Roll up sides and tightly wrap.

Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
