Big Mac Style Beef Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Beef & Seasoning

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
02 - 1 tsp salt
03 - ½ tsp black pepper
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ Wrap Components

05 - 6 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
06 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
07 - ½ cup diced onion
08 - ¾ cup dill pickle slices
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Special Sauce

10 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise
11 - 2 tbsp ketchup
12 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
13 - 1 tsp sweet pickle relish
14 - ½ tsp onion powder
15 - Pinch of paprika

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into six thin patties (around 4 inches each).
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion powder, and paprika. Set aside.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
04 - Briefly warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until they become flexible.
05 - Lay a tortilla flat. Spread approximately 1½ tbsp of special sauce in the center. Add a cooked beef patty and top with 2 tbsp shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of diced onion, 3–4 pickle slices, and roughly 2 tbsp shredded cheese. Roll up sides and tightly wrap.
06 - Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
