01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/3 cup bread crumbs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1 tbsp ketchup
06 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Gravy

10 - 1 tbsp butter
11 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced
12 - 2 cups beef broth
13 - 1 tbsp ketchup
14 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
15 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
16 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
02 - Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook patties for about 5-6 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, melt butter. Add sliced onions and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
05 - Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in beef broth, then add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
06 - Return patties to the skillet, cover, and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes until the patties are cooked through and the gravy thickens.
07 - Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
