Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat. Spray a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
02 -
Fry the bacon in a pan until it’s crispy, then drain it on some paper towels. In the same pan, cook the sausage until crumbled and golden, then pour out any extra grease.
03 -
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add in the milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Whisk again to blend everything.
04 -
Stir together the cooked sausage, bacon bits, thawed hash browns, and half of the cheddar cheese in the egg mixture. Mix it so all is evenly spread.
05 -
Pour the mixture into your greased baking pan. Spread the remaining cheddar cheese across the top evenly.
06 -
Cover the dish using foil and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Once done, remove the foil and bake another 8-10 minutes until the top turns golden.
07 -
Cool the casserole for five minutes before slicing it up. Serve it while it’s warm!
