Bacon Cheese Bites (Printable Version)

01 - 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 4 medium-sized potatoes, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
04 - 1/2 cup of green onions, minced
05 - 1/4 cup of butter, melted

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Get everything you need ready.
02 - Turn your oven to 400°F (200°C) and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
03 - Coat both sides of the potato rounds with melted butter, then place them spaced out on your baking tray.
04 - Put your tray in the preheated oven and bake until the slices are golden and soft when poked with a knife. This should take around 30 to 40 minutes. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
05 - Layer the potato slices with crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions. Pop them back in the oven so the cheese gets gooey, about 3 to 5 minutes longer.
06 - Take them out and serve while still warm. Add a dollop of sour cream if you'd like.
