# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

07 - 3 large eggs
08 - 1 cup sour cream

→ Topping

09 - 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
10 - 2 ripe peaches, sliced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 163°C (325°F). Grease a 23cm (9-inch) springform pan.
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
03 - Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
04 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition to ensure proper incorporation.
05 - Stir in sour cream until the batter is smooth and uniform in texture.
06 - Pour batter over the prepared crust. Arrange peach slices and berries decoratively on top of the batter.
07 - Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set but still slightly jiggly. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
