01 -
Follow the package directions to cook your noodles, then drain the water and put them aside.
02 -
In a wide pan or wok over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add beef slices and cook for 2 minutes or so till brown. Move the cooked meat out of the pan.
03 -
Use the same skillet, pour in the remaining oil, and toss in your broccoli, red bell pepper strips, carrots, and garlic. Stir them for 4-5 minutes or until they're cooked but still a little crisp.
04 -
Toss the previously cooked meat back with the vegetables in the pan. Then, add the noodles.
05 -
Stir together sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl.
06 -
Pour the sauce mix over the noodles, beef, and veggies. Give it all a good stir until it's evenly coated.
07 -
If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix in the cornstarch and let it cook for around 2 more minutes.
08 -
Top with green onions, and enjoy while it’s still warm.
