03 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
04 - 1 carrot, sliced into thin strips
05 - A couple of green onions, finely chopped
06 - 3 minced garlic cloves
07 - 2 full cups of broccoli crowns
08 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
09 - 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium version)
10 - 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
11 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
13 - A pinch of ground black pepper (1/2 tsp)
14 - A teaspoon of cornstarch with 2 tbsp water to thicken (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Follow the package directions to cook your noodles, then drain the water and put them aside.
02 - In a wide pan or wok over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add beef slices and cook for 2 minutes or so till brown. Move the cooked meat out of the pan.
03 - Use the same skillet, pour in the remaining oil, and toss in your broccoli, red bell pepper strips, carrots, and garlic. Stir them for 4-5 minutes or until they're cooked but still a little crisp.
04 - Toss the previously cooked meat back with the vegetables in the pan. Then, add the noodles.
05 - Stir together sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl.
06 - Pour the sauce mix over the noodles, beef, and veggies. Give it all a good stir until it's evenly coated.
07 - If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix in the cornstarch and let it cook for around 2 more minutes.
08 - Top with green onions, and enjoy while it’s still warm.
