02 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
03 - 1/3 cup beef broth
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
07 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
10 - 1/8 teaspoon cracked red pepper flakes

→ Stir Fry

11 - 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
13 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
14 - 1 pound sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and sliced into 1 1/2-inch strips (about 1/4-inch thickness)
15 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
16 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
17 - 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
18 - 1/2 cup water
19 - Sesame seeds, garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch until combined and no lumps remain. Add the beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cracked red pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles until just tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon sesame oil to prevent sticking.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, season the steak with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes on one side without moving to brown. Stir and cook for 2 additional minutes until cooked through. Remove the steak and drain any grease.
04 - Add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and the broccoli to the skillet. Pour in 1/2 cup water and cover the skillet. Steam the broccoli for 2 minutes until bright green and fork-tender but not mushy.
05 - Return the steak and cooked noodles to the skillet. Stir the prepared sauce and pour it into the skillet. Toss everything together using tongs while the sauce cooks. Cook for 1-2 minutes until coated and warmed through.
06 - Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ensure the broccoli remains bright green and firm for optimal texture.
