Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 120 ml vegetable oil or melted butter
04 - 100 g granulated sugar
05 - 50 g brown sugar
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 190 g all-purpose flour
08 - 1 tsp baking soda
09 - 0.5 tsp salt
10 - 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
11 - 130 g semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
03 - Add eggs, oil (or butter), both sugars, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
05 - Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture. Mix just until combined—do not overmix.
06 - Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
07 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the batter.
08 - Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (a few moist crumbs are fine).
09 - Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
