# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Produce

01 - 3 slightly firm ripe pears, either Bartlett or Bosc varieties, cut in half with seeds removed
02 - 1/3 cup whole fresh cranberries

→ Dairy

03 - 3 ounces soft goat cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter

→ Pantry

05 - 2 tablespoons honey, with extra for drizzling on top
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, if you want

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F to warm up.
02 - Cut the pears down the middle lengthwise, scoop out the middle seed part, and flatten the bottoms if needed so they won't wobble.
03 - Set the pear halves with the cut side facing up in your baking dish and put a small chunk of butter on each one.
04 - Pop the pears into the heated oven for about 20 minutes until they're soft enough to stick a fork in and have turned golden.
05 - While the pears are cooking, mix your cranberries with honey in a little pot over low heat. Let them bubble slowly until the berries start to pop and get mushy.
06 - Take your baked pears out and let them cool off a bit. Then drop spoonfuls of goat cheese into the hollow of each pear half.
07 - Add a spoonful of your cranberry mix on top of the cheese. If you'd like it sweeter, drizzle some extra honey over everything.
08 - Dust with a bit of cinnamon and add some fresh mint leaves if you have them. You can eat these warm or a little cold.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Pick pears that aren't too soft or they'll turn mushy during baking. The creamy goat cheese tastes amazing when it starts melting into the sweet fruit and honey.
