# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Produce

01 - 3 firm but ripe Bartlett or Bosc pears, cut in half and seeds removed
02 - 1/3 cup whole cranberries

→ Dairy

03 - 3 ounces soft goat cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

→ Pantry

05 - 2 tablespoons honey, with extra for pouring on top
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, if you want

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F to warm up.
02 - Cut pears down the middle lengthwise, scoop out the middle bits, and cut the bottoms flat if needed so they don't wobble.
03 - Put the pear halves in a baking dish with the cut side facing up and drop a small chunk of butter on each one.
04 - Pop the pears in the hot oven for about 20 minutes until they're soft when poked with a fork and look golden.
05 - While waiting, mix the cranberries and honey in a small pot on low heat. Cook slowly until you see the cranberries start to pop and get mushy.
06 - Take the hot pears out and let them cool a bit. Then put a spoonful of goat cheese into the hollow part of each pear half.
07 - Add a spoonful of your cranberry mix over the cheese. Pour some extra honey on top if you'd like it sweeter.
08 - Dust with cinnamon and add mint leaves if you want. You can eat them warm or a little cold.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Pick pears that aren't too soft or they'll turn mushy during cooking. The warm goat cheese tastes amazing when it mixes with the fruit and sweet honey.
