Rinse and halve the pears lengthwise. Remove seeds and enlarge the centers slightly using a spoon to form wells.

Position pear halves cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.

In a bowl, mix crumbled feta, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts if using.

Spoon filling into each pear well, distributing evenly.

Drizzle honey and olive oil over stuffed pears. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
