# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, optional
09 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice again into quarters and finally into eighths to form uniform wedges.
03 - In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.
04 - Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potatoes and gently toss until evenly distributed.
05 - Place seasoned wedges skin-side down in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping the wedges once halfway through baking, until golden brown and crisp outside and tender inside.
07 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately, accompanied by your preferred dipping sauce.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For best crispiness, ensure wedges are arranged with skin side down and do not overcrowd the baking sheet.
