01 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
02 -
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Arrange them in the prepared baking dish, leaving space between each piece.
03 -
Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, onion powder, and paprika in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
04 -
Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
05 -
Drizzle the olive oil or melted butter over the top.
06 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If desired, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a golden-brown top.
07 -
Remove the chicken from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with additional chopped herbs before serving.
