Creamy Herb-Baked Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Cheese Mixture

02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
04 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives
08 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
09 - 1 tsp onion powder
10 - ½ tsp salt
11 - ¼ tsp black pepper
12 - ½ tsp paprika

→ For Baking

13 - 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
14 - Cooking spray or additional oil for greasing the pan

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
02 - Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Arrange them in the prepared baking dish, leaving space between each piece.
03 - Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, onion powder, and paprika in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
04 - Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
05 - Drizzle the olive oil or melted butter over the top.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If desired, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes for a golden-brown top.
07 - Remove the chicken from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with additional chopped herbs before serving.
