Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Stir until fully blended and smooth.

Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the filling on each tortilla and roll each tightly. Arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Lightly brush or spray tops of taquitos with olive oil or cooking spray. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden and crisp.

Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, or additional salsa for dipping if desired.
