# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 8 ounces brie cheese

02 - 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
03 - 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped

→ Herbs and Seasonings

04 - 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
05 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

→ Other

08 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
09 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place brie cheese on the prepared sheet.
02 - Bake brie in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is softened but retains its shape.
03 - While brie bakes, combine cranberries, maple syrup, chopped pecans, butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes until sauce is syrupy and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
04 - Transfer baked brie to a serving platter and spoon warm cranberry and pecan topping over the cheese. Serve immediately with bread or crackers if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Allow brie to rest for 1 to 2 minutes after baking to ensure even melting and easier transfer.
