Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers (Printable Version)

01 - 8 slices of American cheese or another melty cheese
02 - 8 slices of sandwich bread
03 - 8 slices of turkey bacon
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened

→ For Cooking

05 - Cooking spray or a little oil for the pan

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, buttered side out. Repeat to make 4 sandwiches.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.
04 - Cut each sandwich into 2–3 strips, resembling fingers.
05 - Take a strip of turkey bacon and wrap it around each grilled cheese finger. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
06 - Place the wrapped fingers back into the skillet or bake them in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until the turkey bacon is cooked and crispy.
07 - Let them cool for 2 minutes, then serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
