Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

Place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, buttered side out. Repeat to make 4 sandwiches.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.

Cut each sandwich into 2–3 strips, resembling fingers.

Take a strip of turkey bacon and wrap it around each grilled cheese finger. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Place the wrapped fingers back into the skillet or bake them in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until the turkey bacon is cooked and crispy.

Let them cool for 2 minutes, then serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
