Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef, breaking it up as it browns. Drain any excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Lay a large flour tortilla flat. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of burger sauce in the center. Add a portion of seasoned beef, a scoop of macaroni and cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Spray a skillet or griddle with cooking spray or melt butter over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and heated through.

Slice wraps in half if desired and serve hot.
