10 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 2 tablespoons butter

→ Herbs and Spices

12 - Smoked paprika, to taste
13 - Fresh thyme, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss the cubed butternut squash with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender and beginning to brown.
02 - Toss halved Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a separate parchment-lined baking sheet and roast in the same oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden and crisp-tender.
03 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Set aside.
04 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned on each side, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove sausage and set aside.
05 - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in butter until melted. Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated. Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
06 - Add roasted butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, browned sausage, and fresh thyme into the skillet. Gently combine all components and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For vegetarian adaptation, use vegetarian sausage and plant-based butter. To optimize flavor, ensure vegetables are roasted to a light caramelization.
