Authentic Taco Bell Mexican Pizza (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 tsp onion powder
04 - 1 tsp chili powder
05 - ½ tsp ground cumin
06 - Salt & pepper, to taste
07 - 4 large flour tortillas (10‑inch)
08 - 1 cup refried beans (canned)
09 - 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
10 - ½ cup diced tomatoes
11 - ½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
12 - ¼ cup chopped green onions
13 - ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
14 - ¼ cup sour cream
15 - 2 tbsp tomato sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until well combined. Remove from heat.
02 - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Warm each flour tortilla for 20 seconds per side, just until pliable. Set aside.
03 - Spread ¼ cup refried beans evenly on one tortilla. Top with ¼ of the beef mixture, dollop ½ tbsp tomato sauce over the beef, and sprinkle ¼ cup cheese. Add diced tomatoes and olives, if using. Cover with a second tortilla.
04 - Place the assembled tortilla in a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
05 - Top each pizza with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and chopped green onions. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
